Kitchen Remodel
Kitchens are the focal point of a home. In this home, we removed the wall between the kitchen and family room to create the open concept design. The old oak cabinets were removed and the carpet was replaced with new flooring. The cabinets are gray shaker style with white quartz countertops. Extra storage was provided by additional cabinets under the bar overhang. The cabinets and appliances were relocated for a better flow.

Master Suite Addition including Larger Garage
Don’t let the size of your lot discourage you from expanding your square footage. On this project, with the addition being on the front of the house, it was a necessity for the addition to meet the neighborhood HOA requirements and not look like an addition. In the bonus room over the garage and the new square footage upstairs, we created an incredible master spa retreat with oversized bedroom, oversized walk in closet and very large spa-like bathroom. The extra space in the rear of the new garage allowed for a very large gourmet kitchen design on the first floor.

Master Bath Remodel
A nice master bath is a wonderful way to start your day! This bathroom was outdated with gold wallpaper, gold fixtures, and gold framed shower glass. It has a completely updated refreshing look with a stand-alone white shaker vanity and gray and white marble countertops. The new frameless glass shower makes for a smooth walking transition and no tile edge to step over as you age.

Screen Porch Addition
Screen porches can bring you wonderful relaxation at the end of of a busy day. This screen porch was built over an existing deck frame. The gabled structure has large posts, horizontal metal railing and exposed painted wood on the ceiling for an updated look. It has a ceiling fan and nice ambiance lighting. The new deck posts have lighting under the caps which make for an ideal evening setting.

Whole Home Remodel and Updates
This project was an entire house remodel which included removing walls, new updated kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded lighting and a new screen porch with barn doors going to the outdoor living space. Purchasing an older home in the neighborhood you desire is not such a bad idea if you have a designer with vision!

Modern Kitchen Remodel
This home was modern back when it was built but needed updates throughout. The kitchen space was large and provided opportunity for a completely new design. The character of the existing home was kept by leaving the vaulted ceiling and wood beams. The large center island gives a focal point for the open concept room, which also provides ample storage space. This turned out to be a great space for entertaining large groups.
